Swimfit is all about getting results and helping you to achieve your goal; whether that is to lose weight, tone up, improve technique or just become fitter and stronger, through a structured swimming programme. It is a fun and effective way to get those results you want, and because water is 800 times denser than air, you are most likely to get there a lot quicker than any other workout! Each week you take on a program designed to push you slightly further than the week before meaning that you are always improving and getting closer to your personlised goals.

FAMILY FUN AND FITNESS (FREE)
If you’re looking for a fun, free way to get the whole family exercising then this is the session for you. Run every Friday 6.00pm-7.00pm, these sessions are designed to get everyone active with fun activities including dodgeball, football, basketball, qwik cricket, circuits and much more! Taking place in the Sports Hall the sessions are adapted each week to the families attending, maximising the fun and helping families to exercise with each other and find that competitive streak in them. Every session is free and there is no need to pre-book, so pop in and give it a try… we look forward to seeing you there.
Looking for a comprehensive workout? Run by the Community team, this circuit training session is designed to work all areas of the body. By setting up individual ‘stations’ for a range of exercises we create a workout that is flexible enough for all fitness levels and abilities to take part. Sessions are on Mondays and Wednesdays; 7.15-8.15pm, costing just £2.80 per session or £5.00 for a weekly pass (Mondays & Wednesdays). No need to book a place, just drop in each week. All you need to bring is a towel and a water bottle.
We advise that if you are new to circuit training or haven’t been for a while to contact us (Tel 02392 616000 ext 250 or email firstname.lastname@example.org) as there are dates throughout the year when sessions are cancelled or later due to school bookings. Also on the following Wednesdays, circuit training is later at 8-9pm due to parents evenings; 28th February, 25th April and 9th May.
