With the warm weather set to continue into next week, we have been urging all students to bring a water bottle to school with them and to be ‘sun smart’ in applying sun cream and wearing a hat to and from school and during breaks. Thank you for your support in encouraging this at home too.
We’d like students to feel as comfortable as possible through the hot weather while retaining our sense of community, pride in our school and our appearance and essential continued focus on learning. From Monday 9th – Friday 13th July, students may wear either their normal school uniform without a tie or their House PE kit to school (but not a mixture of the two). We will update for the final week of term after reviewing the weather forecast.
Year 10 students on work experience are advised to contact their employers if they are at all unsure about the dress code at their place of work.
