The careers team is here to help you throughout your time at the school and will organise events and activities each year to support you at each stage, this is especially important at the points where you need to make choices about your next steps.
You can see the current careers programme showing what you can expect to experience in each year here
Everyone will have a careers interview in Years 10 or 11 but if you have questions at any time you can email us at email@example.com and, when Covid restrictions are lifted, drop in to the careers room between TS12 and TS13 for an informal chat or to browse the wide range of information available.
Your first port of call should be Unifrog – your online careers tool which contains a huge wealth of information about careers and universities, linking choices back to the development of your Gosport Futures skills. You should use Unifrog to record all of your careers activity and the tool will automatically build that information into your CV and personal statement. You can access Unifrog here (www.unifrog.org/student) with your school email address – if you have forgotten your password simply click the link and you will be sent an email allowing you to reset.
We also have a careers website which is regularly updated with all the latest information and contains key links on work, college and university so remember to visit often and check up on what’s new.
It’s important that we are delivering the support you need, so we will seek regular feedback on careers activity from you. If you would like to make a suggestion about the careers programme do email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
