Circuits is an effective method of training, which tones muscles, aids weight loss and improves general fitness.
Our sessions cater for all fitness levels. There is no need to book up, just turn up on the night. Remember to bring a towel and a water bottle.
Monday’s is a standard circuit training session including cardiovascular, abdominal, upper and lower body stations.
Wednesday’s* sessions incorporates interval training, which includes work to rest intervals allowing individuals to select the intensity they wish to exercise at between stations.
*On parent’s evenings, circuits run later at 8.00-9.00pm.

£5.50 for 30 minute lesson or £10.00 for a 1 hour lesson
A relaxed environment for adults to learn and improve swimming at their own pace. Swimmers have the option of paying just for a session or arranging a pre-booked lesson.

Swim-fit is a structured lane swimming session for adults, using floats and other swimming methods to challenge your body. With the support of the Swim-Fit Motivator providing tailor-made training programmes to suit your fitness level.
