On Wednesday 13th November, Simon Mason and Ray Drake from the Gosport Rotary Club visited the school to collect shoeboxes that had been put together by the students at Brune Park for disadvantaged children in Eastern Europe. The students at Brune Park have been putting together their shoeboxes in tutor groups, with Year 8 leading during their Personal Development lessons, being supported by the Year 11 prefects.
We hope that the children in Eastern Europe enjoy their gifts this Christmas, and we have learnt some valuable lessons in giving to others as well.
