Year 10 students Jack and Phinn are part of the next generation of renewable energy students as they complete work experience with SERT.
The GFM are working with SERT to support an alternative curriculum. The aim is to create pathways towards green energy careers and skills training, designed by industry and delivered through schools.
In a first of its kind, Year 10 students Josh and Phinn have been training with SERT on basic skills across all heating divisions to build foundation knowledge to upskill.
The partnership focuses on local schools and businesses working together for the benefit of all our young people.
